Rainbow Project

The Rainbow Project was founded in 1994 in response to the HIV/AIDS crisis in Northern Ireland. Since their beginnings they have developed in an LGBT organisation with the aim of promoting the health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Northern Ireland.

They've two offices, one in Belfast and one in L’Derry, operating a range of services and support including counselling services, rapid HIV and Syphilis testing, outreach GUM clinics, befriending, listening ear support, advocacy and much more.

Cara-Friend

Cara-Friend was established in 1974 as a voluntary counselling, befriending, information, and social space organisation for the LGBTQ community.

Cara-Friend operates a number of service delivery streams such as LGBT Switchboard NI, Cara-Friend LGBTQ Youth groups regionally across N. Ireland, Awareness Training for professionals, Education Training for school staff and pupils, and lobbying & advocacy on behalf of the LGBT community with government and other agencies.

Positive Life

Positive Life exists to promote a positive future for people living with or affected by HIV in Northern Ireland.

• We will acknowledge your complaint in writing and advise you how the complaint will be handled, including the estimated timescale for resolution. We may also request any additional clarifying information we require.

• We will respond to you, notifying you of our findings and, if applicable, our proposals to resolve your complaint. We will also provide details of how you can appeal our findings, decision or proposed resolution.

Please Note: Our complaints procedure is not designed to diminish your ability to contact the national regulator (Ofcom).

You can of course complain directly to them, but often issues that concern you, can be dealt with to your satisfaction quicker if you contact us directly.

• Delivery will be made to businesses within a 5km radius of BT1 only
• Delivery will be to a single location (ie. we will not deliver to home addresses for hybrid / WFH individuals)
• Businesses will permit Juice Belfast Ltd representatives to create social media content on site
• Social Media Content created on the day will be posted on Juice Belfast Ltd social media channels and website
• If successful in competition, you may not enter again for 12 weeks from delivery date
• Must be dead-on because we hate dealing with eejits
• Must have a kettle to make us a cuppa

If you're running a Pride event, community festival, store opening, product launch - or anything that requires some music and craic - we want to be there!

We'll bring the Juice Party Wagon, loaded with "goodies" (hate that word) to your event and can even provide some on-air promotion in the lead up to the event. Whats more, we are fully respectful of each organisations individual budgets, and in some cases can provide our services on a barter arrangement or free of charge for the right event.

We're fully equipped with enough professional kit for indoor and outdoor events, we can broadcast live or record some bits for broadcast on a later date, we can create social media activity and help with the branding of your event if needed too, so get in touch and see how we can help bring a buzz and create hype for you!

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the provision of radio advertising services ("Services") by Juice Belfast Limited, hereinafter referred to as "the Company".

2. Booking: Advertising slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

3. Turnaround Time: Upon receipt of payment, the Company will endeavour to schedule and broadcast the advertisement within six weeks from the date of payment. However, scheduling is subject to availability and other logistical considerations.

4. Content Submission: The client is responsible for providing the advertisement content in the specified format and within the agreed-upon deadline. Failure to do so may result in delays in broadcasting the advertisement.

5. Amendments: Any requested changes to the advertisement content after booking may incur additional charges and may affect the scheduled broadcast date.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

    - a. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the scheduled broadcast date. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the full payment.

    - b. Refunds will not be issued in cash within two weeks of the booking date. Instead, clients may opt for credit towards future advertising services, subject to availability and the Company's discretion.

7. Broadcasting Schedule: The Company reserves the right to alter the broadcasting schedule due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the client and reschedule the advertisement.

8. Content Approval: The Company reserves the right to refuse to broadcast any advertisement content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any laws or regulations.

9. Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the broadcast or non-broadcast of any advertisement, except where such loss or damage arises from the Company's negligence.

10. Indemnity: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content of the advertisement or any breach of these terms and conditions by the client.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

12. Assets: Any and all assets including (but not limited to) advertising copy, audio and social media materials maintain the sole property of Juice Belfast Limited unless otherwise agreed.

13. Acceptance: By making payment for the Services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
